Extenze: Advantages and Disadvantages of Taking Extenze
For most internet buyers, or those seeking some form of sexual enhancement, one placebo is as good as another. This is not to say that Extenze has no effect on the body of someone who takes the pills regularly, but that these effects are not likely to satisfy the claims of Extenze. If Extenze did offer a temporary increase in the size of the penis, somehow changing the physical characteristics of the tissues themselves, it would be a miracle.
After all, if there were drugs that temporarily changed the physical size and shape of organs of the body, they would be widely used for a variety of purposes. The development of prescription drugs like Viagra has encouraged the belief that such changes are possible. Indeed Extenze capitalizes on the idea that miracle drugs exist today, and that it is only a matter of patent arbitrage which keeps Extenze from being a prescription drug. Of course, many consumers know better. If all consumers regarded Extenze with a more critical perspective, it would not be sold for long.
The only real advantage to taking Extenze is that it has so many ingredients that the herbal bases are covered. For those seeking the placebo effect caused by the aggressive marketing of all of these supplements, there will be satisfaction. Indeed, many takers of Extenze wind up believing that they have a larger penis, at least for as long as they are taking the supplement. This effect suggests that Extenze is only trying to fool customers in a way which helps the customer.
Most buyers are not looking for a placebo, however, or at least believe that they are looking for a pill which actually works. Those who look closely at labels may not have time to research the many ingredients of Extenze, although there are many sexual enhancement standard ingredients. Those who do will see that some are intended to increase the vascular weight of the penis, while others are culturally celebrated aphrodisiacs. Note that these are still not sold as drugs in the US, so any effect is likely to be minimal. Those which create an increase in perceived energy also create a host of unhealthy side-effects, including increased heart-rate and anxiety. These effects may also be placebo as well. Those herbs which are supposed to increase the size of the penis purport to do so by increasing testosterone levels.
Neither of these effects fulfill the claims of Extenze. Increasing testosterone levels and relative arousal will not create a temporary change in size of the penis in a measurable way. Taking Extenze will only cause arousal if the act of taking a pill is perceived to be erotic in itself. Although this is possible, it is probably not what most Extenze customers are looking for.
